To submit an abstract, you must be logged into your account on the Indico platform. If you already have an account, click the Login button located in the top right corner of the webpage and enter your username and password. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking on the Create one here option, which will redirect you to the registration page. After receiving a verification link to provided email address, click on it to open the page for entering your personal information. Once you have completed all required fields, click Create my Indico account to finalize your registration.

After logging into your account, you can begin the abstract submission process by clicking on the Abstracts submission option, followed by Submit new abstract. Please carefully review the Submission Instructions, which provide all necessary details. Mandatory fields for submission are title, content, authors, contribution type, track, and keywords. Be aware that you are required to select exactly one presenting author and choose only one track that best aligns with your presentation.

We kindly ask you to follow these steps diligently to successfully submit your abstract.

After submitting your abstract, all authors should receive a confirmation email containing all the details you provided during the submission process. The email will also include a link to your abstract.  You or your coauthors can edit it through Indico account, until the submission deadline. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours, please contact info@belbi.bg.ac.rs.
